Detailed Report

By his own account, the witness — identified only as “Jean,” described as a wealthy executive — reported that in 1967, while in Jerusalem, he became possessed by what he described as “an entity of Yahweh type,” which he said subsequently directed his actions for the next three years, sending him on a series of travels. In early 1970, he reported being ordered to Japan, first to Miyajima in the south, then, following a further instruction, to Hokkaido in the north. There, he said he was made to climb to the summit of a nearby mountain each day, to await what he was told would be a “rendezvous with his brother, his homologue of the other cycle of terrestrial life, Jean Irwing Ludwang.”

After more than a week of this, the witness reported perceiving a fly-sized speck about 30 feet away, which grew as it approached into a squat, upright, cigar-shaped craft — some six stories high and fifty feet in diameter, with four motors at each end, its surface a shiny metallic color. He said it landed a few yards away, a door opened, and a staircase lowered to his feet. He reported entering, finding the floor yielding underfoot, and later being told the entire craft was made of “living, but not thinking matter.” A voice from the luminous ceiling, speaking fluent French, welcomed him aboard a vessel identified as “Jupiter” and instructed him to lie down on a bed in an otherwise bare room, to receive “an intravenous injection which will immunize you against the dangerous radiation of which we are carriers.” He said he complied, and a syringe, held by no visible hand, emerged from a bedside box and administered the injection.

He then reported that three approximately nine-foot-tall figures appeared, in close-fitting suits with phosphorescent skin — green, yellow, and violet respectively — each surrounded by a colored aureole, their eyes emitting periodic “sparks.” The witness said his initial alarm gave way to “absolute confidence” after sparks from the blue-clad figure’s eyes reportedly touched his head and heart. That figure, addressing him as “Lord,” identified himself as “Jean Irwing Ludwang”; the second figure was identified as Jesus Christ, and the third as Moses. Ludwang reportedly told the witness he was 7,280 years old, and that, like the witness, he had been “chosen and designated by our Father to become the Messiah of the end of time of the final cycle of terrestrial life,” subsequently conferring on him “five divine powers” along with a symbolic blue ribbon.

Following this, the witness reported that two shorter, unclothed, green-skinned creatures with red eyes and “hideous jaws” appeared at a signal, carrying golden tea service, and served the group before withdrawing. Ludwang reportedly told the witness, “you will still have to give your life several times so that others may live,” and, when asked why space-probe data seemed to show other planets uninhabitable despite claims of their being populated by superior beings, replied that “the agents of Yahweh systematically falsified these results,” and that humanity would “know nothing of the Beyond before the signal of the Father.” After a tour of the craft, the witness said he was returned to the ground and watched the vessel “shrink and disappear into the infinitely small,” accompanied by a high whistling sound.
