NL (Nocturnal Lights)

Single panel intelligence dossier image for the 1947 or 1948 Jacksonville Florida mass sighting showing one large brilliant cold white-blue stationary bright light high in the night sky about twenty miles out at roughly ten thousand feet, with three smaller bright lights emerging from it and darting in different directions with streaked light-trails before stopping and changing course, over a dark Jacksonville skyline and the St. Johns River with a silhouetted family watching from a foreground yard, rendered as a grainy late-1940s silver gelatin night press photograph in an indigo-charcoal palette with HUD overlays marking the stationary parent light, the three high-speed silent satellite lights, the estimated range and altitude, the NL nocturnal light classification, the mass-witness recurring-nights context, and an unrecovered press-report source

Single panel intelligence dossier image for the August 1947 Saranac Lake New York sighting rendered in muted early-postwar color showing a remote dark Adirondack log cabin and outhouse in a clearing among black pine silhouettes with a forested ridge to the north, a small cluster of 1940s adults and a child at the back doorway looking up, and a serial procession of six or seven disc-shaped objects each glowing soft even cool white across the whole body crossing the night sky from the south nearly overhead toward Mount Baker with faint darting motion blur and concentric sound rings suggesting a whirring hum, with one small warm amber oil-lamp glow in the cabin windows, and HUD overlays marking the whole-body-glow white disc, the one-object-per-minute south-to-north procession past Mount Baker, the audible whirring, the NL nocturnal light classification, the five-to-six family and neighbor witnesses plus the child, the next-day WNBZ radio corroboration of village flying-saucer reports, the first-person source, and the Unexplained status, with a lower strip reading thinkaboutitdocs.com — UAP/Entity Archive by Date

Single panel intelligence dossier image for the 1947 Kingston Jamaica UFO sighting showing two cold silver disc-shaped objects hovering side by side beneath a low night cloud deck over the rural outskirts of Kingston, each disc showing a slight rim wobble and a faint offset after-image suggesting instantaneous displacement, with a silhouetted observer looking up from the dark foreground and indigo HUD overlays marking the paired contact, sub-1000-foot altitude estimate, NL nocturnal light classification, and an unattributed source stamp
