Intelligence-dossier evidence board for the March 1950 cylindrical UFO photograph over New York City, showing a vintage 1950 black-and-white silver-gelatin night photo of the Art Deco Manhattan skyline with a long smooth glowing cylindrical form hanging in the sky above and faint stars visible across the frame, the cylinder given a streak-like motion-blurred quality; a clipped clinical inset diagrams how a long-exposure camera streak could draw a bright disc such as the Moon into a cylinder, with a note that stars visible over a lit city imply a long or multiple exposure, and restrained cool-cyan tactical HUD overlays mark the case as Classification NL nocturnal lights, an anonymous photographer, sourced to Project Grudge and Blue Book files, with the Grudge assessment "the moon" and status Insufficient Data.
