Summary: Observed an orb of light in the sky accelerating rapidly in an odd pattern. It would change direction so quickly in an instant. I know we do not have any technology that would enable us to move in this type of pattern. After observing the orb of light for around 15 Mins or so the light suddenly disappeared. Moments later, I noticed an oblong oval/cigar shaped moving in the sky. The object had small blinking lights down the side of the craft and the craft was around 250-300 Yards off of my back porch. (Distance away includes Altitude and actual Lateral distance) The object was no more than a 100 foot or so off the ground just above this thicket behind my home. It was around 12:00 AM and it was dead silent outside, the object made no noise as it passed by and was traveling at such a slow pace that I was able to get my wits about me and to call my wife outside quickly. I asked her to, look and see. That way I could rest assured, that I wasn’t loosing my mind. My wife is not a believer of aliens and I have been a skeptic. However, She saw the object flying in the sky at a low altitude as I did around 200+ yards from my back porch and at its closest point appeared to be less than 100 feet in altitude. This was based off of the power lines located directly behind my home and being able to view the craft from between where the wires are hanging and the top of the power lines were. My wife and I eventually were so startled by the event we went inside. I had no doubts that whatever it was, was aware that we were watching it and saw it. So we came back inside and the craft/object was gone moments later. The entire sighting lasted around 15-20 mins in total between the initial sighting of the orb at a great distance, to when the object/craft flying in the air appeared close to my home.
